Fundamentals class is the beginning study of ballet. Whether your child has had ballet before or this is their first time, the dancers will continue to grow and learn more ballet vocabulary and movement.

Beginner classes are geared towards children with little to no experience. We focus on basics of: blocks, strikes, punches, kicks, stances, foot maneuvers, basic finger techniques, as well as, Kenpo sets and forms. These skills are designed to begin a solid foundation for students as they move onto advanced training in higher levels. Additionally children will improve their self-confidence by doing drills designed to help increase focus, power, speed and overall abilities. We will also learn sparring tactics and strategies while continuously reinforcing that Karate is used for self-defense only.

Our tap classes blend “Broadway style”, “Rhythm style”, and “fun” emphasizing technique and clarity of sound. The main goals in the beginning tap levels are identifying, utilizing, and demonstrating tap terminology

This is a group keyboard class that was developed by Omar Arroyo Garcia, from Costa Rica who has over 22 years of experience. His method is based on developing creativity with all the keyboard has to offer: musical features, musical execution, and improvisation. Students will learn to play in groups (bands) or as a soloist. Students can choose to take this class in Spanish or English.

A blend of traditional jazz with current jazz styles. Dancers focus on body isolation's, rhythmic development, terminology, and artistic style through choreography and across the floor combinations. This fun, energetic class combines the techniques of jazz, musical theatre, and hip hop at an appropriate skill level.

Advanced classes are geared towards children with more martial arts experience or for students graduating to blue belt. We will continue to study the basics in-depth, while putting more attention on sophisticated self-defense techniques. Students at this level will be introduced to training in weapons defense, and sparring tactics and combinations. This stage of study emphasizes self-defense combinations, drills, sets, forms, and the offensive side of Kenpo.
