Our private vocal instructors are committed to providing each and every student with the highest caliber instruction possible. They work with students from beginner to advanced and allow them to progress at their own pace. Our voice teachers are committed to ensure each student receives their undivided attention and the best instruction possible.
Rachel Ballitch (Voice & Piano)
Rachel is currently a Piano Performance Major with a German Studies Minor at Ohio Wesleyan University. She has studied under the tutelage of Dr. Gulimina Mahamuti for four years. Rachel has performed at various master classes including: the 2013 OhioMTA State Conference Pre-College Piano Master Class, and at the piano master classes at Ohio Wesleyan University given by the Cleveland International Piano Competition winner, Alexander Shimpf, by Oberlin’s Peter Takács, and by the China Conservatory of Music in Beijing piano professor, Guan Changxin. Rachel most recently worked as an intern at Richland Academy of the Arts and is currently teaching Music for Little Mozarts, ages 4-6 and piano.
Heidi Zentz (Voice)
Heidi Zentz (Voice) Heidi received her BM Graduate in Music Education (K-12)- Voice & BS in Biblical Studies from Cairn University, PA. She has student taught at Philadelphia High School for Creative & Performing Arts. In addition to assisting director Dorina Morrow with the All City Choir, she performed with the Csehy Orchestra, and taught at Csehy Summer School of Music with Maestro Thomas Hong (Mansfield Symphony). Heidi traveled to and sang in Poland, Japan, Peru, Austria, Germany, and the Czech Republic. She then performed in the premiere of Ryan Carson's setting of Psalm 27 with the Cairn University. Orchestra Currently Heidi teaches 5-12 vocal music at Mansfield Christian.
Anne-Marie Trohanovsky (Voice & Piano)
Anne-Marie received her BME and MA in Bilingual Education from the University of Maine, at Orono Graduate, where she published her master's thesis based on Acadian Folk Songs. During her time as an instructor at Richland Academy she has performed in the Richland Academy Faculty Trio, Academy Singers, and Adult Opera Theatre and continues to perfom in numerous student, and faculty recitals. Anne-Marie is a long-time member and soloist in the Mansfield Symphony Chorus, and the Chanel Choir at 1st Congregational Church. Anne-Marie has performed at Baldwin Wallace and the Renaissance Theatre. She is a member of NATS (National Assoc. of Teachers of Singing, Inc.) and taught extensively in Ohio, Maine, and California.
Patrick Clinage (Voice)
Patrick received his Bachelor's in Music-Vocal Performance from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio, and went on to receive his Master's in Music-Vocal performance from Duquesne University in Pittsburg, PA. He has had the privilege to study with Claudia Pinza during his time at Duquesne, where he performed extensively in opera, oratorio, and musical theater. He has been a featured bass soloist with Pittsburg Baroque Ensemble, St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, and in Mansfield Symphony in Beethoven's 9th. Patrick also performed recently in Les Miserable and other local productions at the Renaissance.
