Ages 0 - 5

Dance is art in motion. And while dance instruction is designed to challenge each student, the rewards for the dancer and audience are exceptional.

For younger students, our focus is on large motor skills: balance, coordination, and basic dance positions and steps. Students learn how to interact with a teacher, participate in a classroom environment, organize their time and priorities, and, as they develop social skills across multiple age groups, begin to develop critical leadership skills.

Creative Movement

  • For our youngest dancers (ages 0 -5), this class teaches the basics of ballet, exposes them to the joy of dance and movement, and sets the foundation for social etiquette and class structure.

Fundamentals 1/2 & 2

  • For beginners this class allows your child to learn ballet basics and grow at their own pace.

Combo 1/2 & 2

  • The best of both worlds! Young dancers learn the fundamentals of ballet as well as the basic rhythms and foot work of tap.

Movement & Mats

  • Designed for the preschooler who needs to burn off a little extra energy, this class serves as a great introduction to a structured setting and focuses on strength, coordination, balance and basic tumbling skills. Offered in two 10-week sessions throughout the year.

The benefits of music education can’t be overstated. Students gain confidence, learn self-reliance, and engage with the arts on a deep, personal level. Students also build self-discipline, learn to prioritize their lives and schedules, and hone collaborative skills they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Plus, they’ll have fun throughout the whole process!

The benefits of martial arts education stretch far beyond the simple physical movement and disciplines each class imparts. Martial arts training offers students the opportunity to grow as people and develop the values that allow us to push closer and closer to reaching our full potential. In each class students learn confidence, self-discipline, critical thinking skills, coordination, and so much more.

Classes for 5-year-olds

  • Get your child moving and give them a firm foundation in martial art basics.

Every piece of art that a child creates teaches them much more than just creativity. Visual arts help develop fine motor skills, build spatial awareness, promote problem solving skills, and builds a child’s overall confidence.
